Tiger Girl’s Hockey falls to 11th ranked Mound Westonka, back on the road Tonight (12/6)

The Albert Lea Girl’s Hockey team, ranked 19th in state, dropped a road game in Mound Monday night, to 11th ranked Mound Westonka 5 to 1. Mound Westonka scored 2 in the first and 3 in the 2nd to jump out to a 5 nothing lead. Tiger lone goal came in the 3rd period by Morgan Goskeson (7th of the year) assisted by Elizabeth Willet and Hanna Austinson. Tigers are now 5-3, and will are back on the road tonight (Tuesday) in LeSueur facing Minnesota River, faceoff at 7:15, all the action on KATE. Albert Lea will host 6th ranked Dodge County in a Section showdown Saturday night at Roy Nystrom Arena.
