Rochester man sentenced to prison time on felony criminal sexual conduct charge in Mower County District Court

A Rochester man facing a felony criminal sexual conduct charge in Mower County District Court stemming from an incident that took place June 16th, 2019 has been sentenced to prison time.

20-year old Fabian Bri Zapata was convicted and sentenced Thursday to 48 months, or four years in prison for a felony charge of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct with a mentall impaired or helpless victim.  Zapata pleaded guilty to the charge Thursday.
