Rochester Cocaine Dealer Draws 56-Month Prison Sentence

(Rochester, MN) — A Rochester man is sentenced to more than four years in prison for getting caught with a large amount of cocaine. Investigators searched the home of 33-year-old Roberto Nieves in February and seized over seven pounds of cocaine and 55 thousand dollars in cash. Nieves pleaded guilty to first-degree drug possession and received a 56-month sentence. He will serve his term at the St. Cloud prison.
