Panthers and Rebels win in Softball, Tigers drop tough one to Century

NRHEG 12, JWP 2 in 5 innings

-Panthers with 5 in the first, and 3 in the second to jump out to a 8-2 lead. Sophie Stork with the win on the mound, giving up just 2 hits, walking 1, striking out 7 and giving up no earned runs

NRHEG with 7 hitters with at least two hits including

Ava Kyllo 4 for 4, 3 runs scored and 6 Stolen bases

Faith Nielsen 2 for 3, 2 runs scored, and 2 RBI’s

-USC scored 4 in the top of the 8th to stay unbeaten on the season.  Mariah Anderson gets the win on the mound, going all 8 innings, giving up 1 earned run, 5 hits, striking out 10 and walking 5
