MSP Airport Bracing for Winter Storm During Busy Travel Days

(Minneapolis, MN) — Thursday and Friday are expected to be the busiest pre-Christmas travel days at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. M-S-P officials are asking air travelers to be patient and flexible with a snowstorm, brutal cold and strong winds moving in today (Wednesday). The snow and gusty winds could cause white-out conditions and flight delays not only in Minnesota but across the nation. Sun Country, American Airlines and United Airlines are among those waiving change fees for people traveling through M-S-P Airport.
