MN State Patrol Identifies Woman Killed by Snowplow in Rochester

(Rochester, MN) — The State Patrol is naming the woman struck and killed by a city snowplow Friday morning in Rochester. Troopers say 69-year-old Linda Rud of Rochester was walking near an elementary school when the plow backed over her. The report says Rud died at the scene. The City of Rochester has placed the snowplow driver on administrative leave.
