(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings’ dream season is over after a 31-24 home playoff loss Sunday to the New York Giants. Greg Joseph kicked a fourth-quarter field goal to tie the score at 24 – but the Giants responded with the go-ahead touchdown. Minnesota’s defense allowed 431 yards and it was the first time all season that the Vikings lost a one-possession game. Kirk Cousins threw a pair of touchdowns and rushed for a score. New York advances to face the top-seeded Eagles in Philadelphia this weekend.
