Ex-investigator for New Ulm police sentenced for criminal sexual conduct

(New Ulm, MN) — Former New Ulm police investigator, 43-year-old Eric Gramentz has been sentenced after pleading guilty to three counts of criminal sexual conduct in January. Gramentz received a 12-year stayed prison sentence as well as supervised probation for 25 years. He was arrested in April of last year, accused of a “pattern of coaching” including inappropriate physical contact with a young girl around 2017.
