BCA Issues Missing Person Alert for Mankato Father and Toddler

(Mankato, MN) —  A statewide missing person alert is issued for a Mankato man and his two-year-old son.  The Minnesota B-C-A says 29-year-old Walter Brown and Koran left a home in Mankato on March 23rd following an altercation with the boy’s mother.  Police say Walter last communicated with a friend on March 24th and there is concern for their welfare.  Officers say two-year-old Koran is Black, two-feet-eight inches tall, weighs 40 pounds and has brown eyes and dark hair.  Walter is Black,  about five-foot-eight, weighs around 160, and has brown dreadlocks with blonde tips, a beard and neck tattoos.
