Alden Conger Boys and Girls Golf teams both pick up wins on Monday

Boys Golf

Alden-Conger Knights participated in a triangular match against Madelia and LCWM this
afternoon at Madelia golf course. Finally getting a sunny and warm day allowed beautiful
conditions for golf. The Knights won the match 199-213 over LCWM. Ryan Hintz was the top
scorer for the knights with a 48 on the day. The knights finished the day with 5 players scoring in
the top 8. The knights are back in action on Tuesday 5/10 at North Links Golf Course in North
Mankato, MN against Madelia, LCWM, Martin County West, and JWP.

Girls Golf

Alden-Conger Knights participated in a match against Madelia and LCWM this afternoon at
Madelia Golf Course. The weather was sunny and warm with a steady 20 mph breeze which
allowed beautiful conditions for golf. The lady Knights won the match 252-254 over Madelia. Ella
Riebe and Madyson Stein tied for second overall with a 58 on the day. The lady knights are
back in action on Tuesday 5/10 at North Links Golf Course in North Mankato, MN against
Madelia, LCWM, Martin County West, and JWP.
