23 Arrests Made in Hennepin County Prostitution Sting

(Bloomington, MN) —  Around two dozen suspects face charges in connection with a prostitution sting along the Interstate 494 corridor in Hennepin County.  Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges says they posted an ad showing pictures of an undercover officer on websites used by those seeking services from a sex worker.  He says, “211 people interacted with our ads in a span of two days and we arrested 23 people.”  Hodges says they all face gross misdemeanor sex offenses and three of the defendants are also charged with weapons counts.   A 24th suspect is still under investigation.
